APRIL 25 STUDY GROUP WEBINAR l Tanya Wasielewski

The April Study Group is scheduled for Thursday, April 25 at 1:30 CENTRAL TIME.

    Presenter: Tanya Wasielewski, Guardian

Topic: Why I Do What I Do

Description: Hear how a devastating stroke affected the lives of one family when the husband/father became permanently disabled at the age of 46. Learn about not only the financial impact it had (and continues to have), but the psychological and emotional impact a debilitating disability can have on everyone from family members to friends.

Tanya began her career at Guardian in 2004, where she was the Internal Wholesaler for Long Term Care before making the move to Individual Disability Internal Wholesaler in 2012. Shortly after beginning her career with Guardian, her husband David suffered a massive stroke at the age of 46 that left him permanently disabled and no longer able to continue working. Tanya has shared David’s story to demonstrate that disability can and does happen to anyone.

A graduate of San Diego State University and native San Diegan, Tanya, her husband David and son Jake relocated to the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts in 2000. Today, they continue to live in Dalton, MA along with their rescue dogs and cats.
